EZ TAG Parking At The Airport
Attention EZ TAG customers:
EZ Tag is aware of the errors that occurred on 3.15.09 and is diligently working to correct the duplicate charges that some customers incurred. Please do not dispute these charges with your bank, this will only delay the process. EZ Tag expects to have all credits issued by early next week on or before 3.25.09. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
As an added convenience for our customers, EZ Tag is an added option as a payment method for parking at either airport.
In order to use your EZ Tag at the airport parking facilities, you must OPT IN with the HCTRA. Your EZ Tag does not automatically work at the airport parking gates.

If your EZ Tag opens the gate, but you experience issues when exiting, please pay the cashier and then immediately call our office, so we can correct the status of your EZ Tag. If you do not resolve this issue, you may experience problems on your next entrance.
If you experience problems upon entrance and push the button to get a ticket in order to enter; please call our office immediately so that we can correct your account. The status of your EZ Tag account will be incorrect if you pull a ticket or exit without paying such ticket.
If the credit card on your HCTRA account is incorrect or has an expired card on file, you must contact HCTRA directly. The number is 281.875.EASY.
